- 2 oz atōst Bloom
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary
Fill a shaker with ice and add atōst Bloom, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake until cold (about 15 seconds). Strain and pour into a rocks glass over an ice cube. Garnish, raise a glass, enjoy!
