Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of atōst, West Tasting Room, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on March 5, 2025 and ends on March 12, 2025 at 11:59 PST. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must like the post, follow @Westtastingroom and @drinkatost, tag a friend, and share to their Instagram story. Multiple entries are allowed.

4. Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive a 3 Course Wine Tasting for Four (4) People, including:

  • First Course: An atōst spritzer ($60) with charcuterie ($28)
  • Second Course: 4 Wine flight ($100) , 2 pizzas ($40), and 1 salad ($16) 
  • Third Course: 2 desserts ($20) & 4 glasses of port ($60)
  • A gift bag for each guest, including one (1) bottle of atōst ($35 each/$150 Total) and one ($32) glass to take home

The total approximate retail value of the prize is $506.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on March 14 via Instagram. The winner will be contacted through direct message and/or email and must respond by March 16 end of day to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, a new winner may be selected.

6. Reservation Requirement:
The winner must make a reservation prior to visiting West to redeem the prize. Walk-ins will not be accepted. The reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance and is subject to availability.

7. Prize Redemption:
The prize must be redeemed by March 2026. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for any other items or services.

8. Publicity Release:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow atōst and West Tasting Room to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions:
atost and West Tasting Room reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By participating, entrants release atost and West Tasting Room from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

10. Compliance & Disputes:
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved in the state of California.
