Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of atōst, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway period begins the 1st of every month and concludes the last day of the month. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must fill out the form to guarantee an entry. No purchase necessary.

4. Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card per month.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and selected the first day of the following month of entry. The winner will be contacted through email and/or phone number, if needed, winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, a new winner may be selected.

8. Publicity Release:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow atōst to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions:
atost reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By participating, entrants release atost from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

10. Compliance & Disputes:
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be resolved in the state of California.
