Spiced Persimmon Fashioned

A cozy California twist on the classic Old Fashioned — bright persimmon, warm vanilla, and gentle spice meet the richness of whiskey for an autumn sip that’s both familiar and fresh.

It’s as simple as:

  • 1 oz atost Spiced Persimmon
  • 2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • Garnish: Orange peel + cinnamon stick

Instructions:

In a rocks glass, add ice and combine Spiced Persimmon and whiskey. Add orange bitters and stir gently to chill. Garnish with an orange peel and cinnamon stick.
